Powdies Secret Recipe (Part 2): Easy Yogurt Smoothie

Smoothies are filled with important vitamins and nutrients because of the fruits and vegetables they contain. They are also packed with protein, which keeps consumers full, energized, and less tempted to eat unhealthy food options. However, fresh fruits and vegetables are not always available for the perfect smoothie. Using Powdies drink mixes to prepare smoothies makes this still possible! This week, we explored making smoothie drinks with Powdies mixes to add flavor and essential nutrients.

Powdies Smoothie

Ingredients: 1 cup/8 ounces of yogurt, 1 cup/8 ounces of milk, 1 Powdies mix

Add ingredients and blend until the mixture is smooth. If using plain greek yogurt, consider adding a small amount of honey for additional sweetness
